People Business Partner
Join our People Team, partnering our Operations, Legal and Finance teams, to help deliver our People Strategy.
We are looking for a People Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving our People Strategy, by partnering with senior leaders, managers and teams within designated business areas, to support the delivery of our strategy and objectives.
This role will be partnering our Operations, Finance and Legal teams.

Your day-to-day
- Be a strategic partner by working collaboratively with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Operate as a valued, trusted and visible partner to help achieve our ambitions and goals by aligning the People Strategy and initiatives with business objectives.
- Be an ambassador for, and promote inclusion, equity, and diversity within the Club.
- Collaborate across the People team to enhance HR policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring they align with best practices and support a positive employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations, staying up to date with changes and implementing necessary adjustments to HR practices.
What we are looking for
- Proven HR generalist experience gained in a fast paced, customer-centric environment such as retail, media, leisure or sport.
- Experience of building and fostering productive relationships at all levels, and harnessing those relationships in order to deliver the People agenda.
- Proven experience of leading and managing change initiatives within an organisation to support leaders in navigating organisational change, such as restructuring or cultural transformations.
- The ability to use HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use data to support business cases, influence decision-making, and drive HR strategies.
- Proven experience of partnering and influencing senior business leaders.
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is able to prioritise effectively.
