Casual Facilities Coordinator
An exciting opportunity to work across our facilities at Emirates Stadium and Hale End, supporting the team to ensure all tasks are completed and all functions run smoothly.
The Role
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a casual basis to join us and take ownership of the preparation and running of our matchday facilities at Emirates Stadium and Hale End.
The department areas include property and facilities management, spectator safety at events and wider health and safety matters, which you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting. You will also be working across wider facilities at other locations for all events and functions across the club.
You will work across our team of Facilities Coordinators and Facilities Assistants to help ensure all tasks are completed in a smooth and timely manner, ensuring these are completed to the best of standards.

Your day-to-day
- Support barrier and wall installations - you’ll be responsible for the removal and installation of segregation barriers and internal walls, ensuring proper positioning for visiting supporters
- Uphold efficient maintenance duties - you will conduct general maintenance tasks, ensuring all access routes are safe and areas are clear of rubbish and surplus equipment
- Support repairs around all Arsenal sites - you’ll carry out all necessary repairs and replacements on seating, vehicles, equipment and signage to meet health and safety standards and matchday requirements
- Oversee deliveries - you’ll efficiently accept, check, and deliver items within the Stadium and Youth Academy, as well as handling distribution tasks to required locations
- Support signage management - you will support the signage team by installing local street signage per Islington Council’s controlled parking zone as well as providing signage for internal events ensuring this is presented to the highest standard
- Support matchday operations - you’ll prepare pre-match checklists, report any maintenance issues and complete stadium inspections and you will assist with European pre-match training; setting up warm-up goals, dressing rooms and UEFA offices
What we are looking for
- Hold valid licences and up to date certifications - you obtain a full British driving licence and basic health and safety training
- Background in a facilities environment - you come with experience of working in a facilities-based environment, particularly in a function supporting role
- Effective multi-tasker - you thrive in completing multi-skilled maintenance tasks to the highest of standards, with the ability to work against time constraints and prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Confident and clear communicator - you are able to work with a range of colleagues and external companies and adapt your approach as necessary
- Flexiblity - you will have availability to work weekends and evenings as required with an adaptable approach
