Arsenal is a real family. I would encourage anyone to come and work here. It’s a club that’s true to it’s traditions. The calibre of people here is second to none.

We aim to be innovative in all we do. We can’t achieve anything if we don’t work together as a team. Everything we do is has our supporters at the centre of our focus – to provide fans with the best experience with the Club as possible.

As a working mother with a 3 year old, Arsenal are very accommodating and I have the full support of my team when it comes to matters around this. WFH when necessary or altering my hours to cater to my childcare needs makes balancing home and work one less thing to worry about. I never have felt worried or anxious about the club’s support around this which has been the case for so many women across so many sectors.
