Training Ground Administrator (Fixed Term)
An exciting opportunity to provide a wealth of administrative support and play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day running of our training ground is efficient and smooth.
The Role
We are looking for a diligent and proactive Training Ground Administrator on a fixed term contract basis to provide a range of administrative and organisational services to support the smooth running of Sobha Realty Training Centre.
In this critical role, you'll act as a key part of our Facilities team and form impactful relationships with colleagues across our Security, Operations, Commercial and Communications teams.

Your day-to-day

Deliver a safe and secure visitor experience - you'll take pride in welcoming a range of visitors on behalf of our Women's and Men's First Team staff and players as well as for wider colleagues based at Sobha Realty Training Centre, and you'll collaborate with our Security team and keep them well informed with the details of visitors and offer a seamless and welcoming experience to all
- Assist with coordinating operations across our club - you will eagerly support our First Team Football Services Support Manager with the coordination of key operations and you will oversee the Facilities team calendar and closely monitor schedules to stay abreast of matchdays, training ground events, deliveries, club days and tour dates
- Manage critical inboxes and processes - you'll be responsible for the management of the training ground inbox, and you will oversee all booking requests for staff, guests, lunch and room bookings

Support colleagues across our club - you will work closely with our Marketing teams to book in any promotional activities or TV and radio interview requests as well as partner our Communications team and support with any operational help needed with communicating new player signings
- Liaise with our Catering team - you'll organise food numbers with our Kitchen team each day/week and inform staff and guests of lunch timings and locations and you will be tasked with making sure group meetings are adequately catered for
- Keep up to date with team schedules - you'll pride yourself on your knowledge of all team schedules and distribute necessary information to relevant colleagues
What we are looking for

Previous experience in an admin focused role - you've been in a role that's required you to use a range of administrative and organisational skills

Knowledge of sport - you come with an understanding of sport

Organised mindset and excellent attention to detail - you're detailed-oriented and able to tackle a variety of tasks, bookings and schedules efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
