The Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Research and Insights Executive to play a key role supporting the ongoing growth of our club’s partnership ecosystem and commercial proposition.

Your day-to-day
- Support sales processes - you will handle lead generation across geographies and categories, identifying key decision makers through desk research, preparing sales materials tailored to business priorities and analysing company reports to support discussions
- Collaborate with our wider Partnerships department - you'll relish the opportunity to team up with our Partner Services and Partnership Operations teams to manage partnership KPI’s and objective setting of existing partnerships with a focus on ROI tracking, and you'll ensure accurate tracking of partner contractual rights
- Provide insightful reporting - you will take on partnership reporting throughout the season, working closely with our Partner Services Managers to customise insights based on partnership objectives and campaigns
- Partner with colleagues and external stakeholders - you'll actively communicate with fellow colleagues to utilise fan and audience insights to support partnership conversations, and you will support the management of day-to-day relationships with our existing external data and insights agencies who support us to track partnership exposure, performance and consumer insights
- Act as an ambassador for our club - you will strive to exemplify our club values and champion the Partnerships and broader Commercial strategy, encouraging the wider team to do the same
What we are looking for
- Track record of strategic thinking - you come with some experience of supporting on strategic projects within internships or entry-level positions
- Experience creating research reports - you've previously produced engaging research reports and you have visualised insights within presentation materials
- Excellent research and organisational skills - you're passionate about providing vital research and unearthing valuable insights and you're able to work across a range of projects concurrently, leaning on your keen attention to detail to focus on accuracy and quality
- Best-in-class communicator - you're proud of your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and you're able to build impactful relationships with a variety of stakeholders, tailoring your approach as necessary
- Enthusiastic team player - you thrive when you're collaborating with a range of colleagues and you have a willingness to learn and support others in all areas from administrative to strategic
- Industry knowledge - you're equipped with a good understanding of brand dynamics and consumer trends and you're passionate about the sports industry with a decent grasp of its nuances
- Competent IT skills - you're comfortable using a range of Microsoft applications and you're easily able to get up to speed with new software and platforms
