Product Development Executive (12 month fixed-term)
An exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver our digital products so they meet the changing needs of our supporters.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Development Executive on a 12-month contract to help create and deliver product strategies that boost engagement, meet supporter needs, and grow revenue.
You may be expected to work some matchdays and assist the Editorial team in the operation of the Club’s website. This role provides support weekdays and depending on match fixtures, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Your day-to-day
- Drive the product lifecycle - you'll assist in the management of the entire product development life cycle, from idea generation to product launch
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - you'll partner with teams to define requirements, prioritise features, create roadmaps, and promote digital products effectively
- Oversee design planning - you'll manage the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure a smooth supporter experience
- Lead development and testing - you will deliver products that meet supporter needs, maintaining timelines and budget
- Conduct insightful research - you'll analyse competitor landscapes and gather supporter feedback to guide product evolution
- Stay ahead of trends - you will monitor industry advancements, sharing insights with the wider team to maintain best-in-class practices

- Experience in product development - you have a proactive approach to requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, and driving products from concept to launch
- Agile expert - you have a solid understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies

- Dynamic communicator - you have exceptional skills in managing and influencing senior stakeholders and external suppliers

- Clear communicator - you're adept at translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences
