The Role
We are looking for a Tour and Museum Team Manager to be responsible for delivering and improving our stadium tours, museum, and photo operations, ensuring a top-tier supporter experience. Reporting to the Tour and Museum Operations Manager, you will also support commercial and strategic goals across sales, service, team management, cost control, and travel trade growth.

Your day-to-day
- Provide operational leadership - you will manage the day-to-day delivery of stadium tours, museum, and VIP experiences, ensuring smooth operations, seasonal updates, stock control, and high guest satisfaction
- Deliver strategic support and growth - you'll work with the Operations Manager to increase footfall, drive product improvements, and support e-commerce and travel trade growth
- Oversee sales and financial performance - you will support the achievement of revenue, profit, and CAPEX targets and you'll monitor budget, P&L, and cost efficiency
- Lead and inspire a team - you'll lead and develop a team of Coordinators and casual staff, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and succession planning in a fast-paced environment
- Champion supporter experience - you will take pride in the delivery of best-in-class experiences across all tour offerings, and you'll maintain high standards and exceptional performance across TripAdvisor, Google, and VisitEngland
- Uphold compliance and safety - you'll uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards, including first aid and security procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues across our club - you will proactively build strong relationships across Retail, our wider club, and external partners, and you'll actively participate in industry networking and benchmarking

- Industry expert - you'll have a deep understanding of either the sports or leisure industry and know how to apply your experience to a fast paced, high turnover environment
- Operational management - you will have a track record in managing day-to-day operations and be able to develop and deliver amazing product experiences
