Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a crucial role in our Talent team and support inspiring leaders across all areas of our club. You'll be entrusted to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide variety of vacancies, whilst ensuring that we provide a rewarding experience for both candidates and colleagues.
You will relish the opportunity to partner with the wider team to continually evaluate and improve our recruitment processes and ensure that all our strategic decisions are driven by data and insight. In this high-volume and fast-paced position, you'll be driving numerous talent acquisition processes across the breadth our club; you'll be a key player in our mission to provide a winning experience to candidates and colleagues, regardless of the outcome.

Your day-to-day
- Manage end-to-end hiring - you'll be entrusted with owning and steering recruitment processes for a range of live roles across our Operations, Corporate, Commercial and Football departments
- Oversee the candidate journey - you will take responsibility for reviewing applications, conducting screening calls, shortlisting, coordinating interviews and providing our candidates with valuable feedback
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion - you'll take pride in ensuring vital ED&I considerations are built into our talent attraction and acquisition mechanisms, and you will support the team in providing up-to-date and accurate data to honour our commitments and diversity ambitions
- Create engaging and inclusive adverts - you'll craft compelling job adverts for a range of positions that appeal to a wide array of potential talent, in a way that's inclusive and authentic to our brand, tone of voice and employer value proposition
- Guide hiring managers through our processes - you will eagerly lead vacancy briefing processes and run kick-off meetings, coaching colleagues on recruitment best practice, ensuring they engage in the process and recognise their crucial role in it
- Act as a guardian of our candidate experience - you'll strive to put candidates at the heart of the process and ensure their experience with us is positive, regardless of the outcome
- Uphold team best practice - you will diligently uphold our high standards and make sure we're working collaboratively and consistently as a team, carefully following recruitment processes and maintaining clear and timely communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Operate as an ATS superuser - you'll become an expert with our recruitment system and confidently support hiring managers in using it, and you will be proactive in ensuring the system is up to date and accurately generating the key data we need to measure success
What we are looking for
- Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition - you come with a track record of delivering high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments, either in-house or as part of a specialist recruitment agency

- Quick and adaptable learner - you're able to recruit for a broad range of positions across a wider variety of departments and you are a quick learner who can get to grips quickly with unfamiliar jobs and skillsets
- Copywriting skills - you pride yourself on your ability to craft engaging and attractive job adverts, and you lean on your best-in-class attention to detail in order to deliver captivating copy without compromising on accuracy or quality
- Exceptional communicator - you’re able to build impactful relationships with candidates and stakeholders and provide an excellent experience for all
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - you’re confident in managing multiple recruitment pipelines concurrently and able to adapt to new challenges in real-time, and you're unfazed when working to ambitious timelines with demanding stakeholders
- A genuine passion for football and sport - you want to have a tangible impact in a world that inspires and excites you
