Senior Producer/Director
You'll be a key member of the Video team, helping to deliver best-in-class content across a diverse range of projects and output.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Producer/Director to help deliver best-in-class content across a diverse range of projects and output.
This exciting opportunity will oversee both the longform and shortform functions of the team, as well as line managing the key members of those two units. You will work with the Video Lead to ensure that all special projects, features, announcements, series and documentaries are hitting the highest standards creatively and technically. On many of these productions, you will be the Director, working with in-house and external crews as well as players, supporters and other well-known contributors.

Your day-to-day
- Bring creative executions to life - you'll work closely with the Video Lead to bring to life creative executions for our club, across all touchpoints, ensuring our creative output connects in real terms in an inspiring and emotional way with our global family of supporters
- Push boundaries - you will take a vital creative role in special video projects, constantly pushing the boundaries of what we deliver. This includes major new series formats involving our key players, long-form documentaries and groundbreaking short films around major club moments
- Act as a creative presenter - you'll be responsible for ideating and presenting to working groups across projects and collaborating with the wider team to ensure we are delivering work that aligns to the overall club strategy
- Lead teams - you will manage, motivate and develop the Video teams across long and short form content
- Keep cultural strategy front of mind - you'll help ensure our club remains at the forefront of cultural and community relevance by identifying emerging trends and tracking cultural influences that shape fan engagement
