You'll support the Event Safety Management Team with the day to day administration of our casual stewarding workforce
The Role
We are looking for an Event Safety Administrator to support the Event Safety Management Team with the day to day administration of our casual stewarding workforce.
This role will play an integral part in maintaining effective communication between management and stewards, and to ensuring the successful delivery of a safe and secure environment at major public events

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

- Champion steward support- you'll be a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for steward queries — managing inboxes, resolving issues, and keeping communication clear and helpful
- Documentation checks - you will assist in collating, verifying, and uploading steward documentation each season, maintaining compliance and accuracy across internal systems
What we are looking for
- Proven administrative experience - you'll have sound knowledge of general administrative practices and accurate record-keeping, ensuring reliability and compliance across all documentation processes
- Major event experience - you will have previously had involvement in the delivery or operational support of a major sporting event, demonstrating an understanding of the scale, pace, and logistical demands of such environments
- Flexible attitude - you've got the ability to adapt to new situations and can tailor your approach to suit a range of challenges
- Best-in-class communication skills - you're confident in your ability to deliver and communicate insights to key colleagues across our club
