Duty Supervisor (Fixed Term Contract)
You'll support with the smooth operation of The Arsenal Hub and deliver a high-quality service for customers and participants.
The Role
We are looking for a Duty Supervisor on a fixed term basis to support with the smooth operation of The Arsenal Hub and deliver a high-quality service for customers and participants.
This important role will ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety standards, support football and outreach programmes, and contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement at The Arsenal Hub.

Your day-to-day
- Elevate the customer experience – you will deliver a high-quality service for customers and participants, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Arsenal Hub on a shift basis
- Lead on the pitch – you'll lead football sessions including coaching and events, contributing to the Hub’s dynamic sports offering
- Create a safe environment – you will uphold the Club’s safeguarding policies, health and safety standards, and other relevant legal frameworks, escalating concerns to the Hub Manager
- Support meaningful programmes – you'll collaborate with Arsenal in the Community to deliver impactful initiatives, including our outreach programme
- Champion community – you will help contribute to inclusive, meaningful services that reflect the needs of the local community
- Drive ideas forward – you'll offer suggestions and ideas to the Hub Manager to maximise usage and enhance the Hub’s impact
What we are looking for
- Customer care experience – you have previously worked in a customer-facing environment, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence
- Operational support – you have experience working in busy settings, including setting up equipment and maintaining cleanliness
- First aid knowledge – you are First Aid qualified and understand the regulatory requirements of operating within a sports centre environment
- Passion for football and community – you have a genuine interest in football and recognise its power to engage and unite communities
- Best-in-class communication skills - you're confident in your ability to deliver and communicate insights to key colleagues across our club
- Commitment to ED&I – you understand and actively promote inclusive principles both in the workplace and the wider community
- Safeguarding – you are committed to best practice in safeguarding and health legislation, supporting a safe and responsible environment
Please note: This is a rotating shift based position which may require working unsociable hours, Matchdays, weekends and bank holidays.
