Partner Experience and Operations Manager
In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll be leading important operational processes in the delivery of contractual rights for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Partner Experience and Operations Manager to lead on the development and roll out of a 360 partner experience strategy and manage the operational running of the Partner Services department.
You'll oversee a team responsible for fulfilling contractual rights and delivering exceptional matchday event experiences.
Please note: this role is required to work on matchdays and events.

Your day-to-day
- Deliver strategic partner experiences - you'll lead a seasonal event strategy to engage high-value partner contacts, including UCL away games, Christmas, end of season and pre-season events
- Oversee flagship events - you will plan and deliver key moments such as our annual partner event and other high-profile partner activations
- Manage partner suite operations - you'll lead matchday delivery at Emirates Stadium, including guest comms, VIP logistics, hospitality, gifting and venue readiness
- Develop a partner gifting strategy - you'll create and implement a coordinated gifting approach for current and prospective partners
- Lead on ticketing and venue liaison - you will act as the main point of contact for ticketing and venue related operations within the partnerships function
- Run training ground experiences - you will own the delivery and scheduling of premium partner access to the Sobha Realty Training Centre
- Support asset and inventory management - you'll work cross-functionally to build and maintain a clear partnership asset inventory
- Line manage Partner Experience Executives - you will lead and inspire two Executives in delivering across ticketing, branding, merchandise, events, European trips, and matchday operations
What we are looking for
- B2B event experience - you have an extensive track record in delivering high-quality events, ideally in sport or football, with a focus on VIPs and key stakeholders
- Best-in-class stakeholder management skills - you’re experienced working with senior contacts in professional settings, always representing the organisation with professionalism
- Organised and efficient mindset - you manage multiple priorities with ease and stay composed under pressure
- Detail oriented approach - you deliver work to a high standard with great attention to detail
- Inspiring team leader - you’re self-motivated and confident leading and supporting a team
- Tech-savvy individual - you’re proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communicator - you engage well with a wide range of people and communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
- Flexibility and commitment - you're happy to work evenings, weekends, and travel when needed, across various club sites and international locations
