An excellent opportunity for an Academy Football Analyst to play a crucial role in the provision of insightful, ever-evolving performance analysis within our Academy.
The Role
We are looking for an Academy Football Analyst to provide insightful and deliverable performance analysis within our Academy, predominantly through the Foundation Phase and Early Youth Development Phase.
In this exciting role, you'll support and drive standards across all analysis processes at our club’s highly reputable Hale End site. You will follow and develop our Academy’s relevant analytics processes and workflows, ensuring alignment and optimal standards of quality are achieved.

- Contribute to the evolution of training methods - you will develop innovative ways to enhance training coaching opportunities through on-pitch support and/or building drill libraries to support Academy-wide training methodology
- Input into player development - you'll eagerly support individual player programmes through the use of video and visual information and you will generate content for cyclical reviews and player progress meetings, monitoring player interaction and involvement to further develop working practices
- Drive engaging feedback to players and colleagues - you will diligently offer feedback to coaches and players around individual performance and areas of strength and improvement
- Provide materials to champion learning and development - you will offer support to our Coach Developer in the collection of information to enhance the coach development provision, and you'll provide a range of material in the continuous development of our Academy's learning resources, creating assets around playing identity and position-specific profiling, and building databases for best practice libraries
