Casual Roles

What is a 'Casual' role?

Working with our club on a Casual basis offers a flexible and short-term arrangement. Unlike full-time roles, shifts are scheduled based on both on our needs and your availability. These shifts may include matchdays, evenings, weekends, and events.

We regularly advertise Casual vacancies throughout the season and opportunities can be found in all corners of our club.

Our casual teams

  • Retail

    Our Casual Retail team supports the day‑to‑day running of our stores around the Emirates Stadium by welcoming visitors, assisting with purchases, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes regular interaction with supporters alongside maintaining store standards and supporting stock management.

  • Stewarding

    Our Casual Stewards support the safe and smooth delivery of our matchday operations at the Emirates Stadium by managing crowds, checking tickets, and monitoring safety. The role includes providing clear guidance and customer service to help ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑organised experience for all supporters.

  • Tours

    Our Casual Tour Hosts support the delivery of our Stadium Tours and the Museum experience at the Emirates Stadium by welcoming visitors, hosting tours, and sharing our club’s story. The role includes engaging with supporters throughout their visit while delivering a high standard of service and contributing to an exceptional visitor experience.

  • Technology

    Our Casual IT Support Assistants support smooth IT operations on matchdays by providing first‑line technical support, setting up equipment, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure reliable service across our stadium.

  • Community

    Our Community Casuals support Arsenal in the Community programmes by assisting across football delivery and administration roles. The role involves supporting sport, social, and education activities that use the power of our club to positively impact young people and communities.

  • Supporter Services

    Our Supporter Services Casuals support our supporter journey at the Emirates Stadium on matchdays by welcoming visitors, sharing information, and resolving queries. The role involves assisting with stadium access and delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment.
