Content Programming Coordinator

The Role
We are looking for a Content Programming Coordinator to play a pivotal role within the newly formed Content Programming team, dedicated to curating and managing a rich array of content on our club’s new digital platforms.
This exciting role collaborates closely with a number of colleagues across our club to execute content plans aligned with audience preferences and business objectives. You'll be entrusted to leverage insights in order to effectively maintain content calendars, track performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of our content merchandising and programming strategy.

Your day-to-day
- Support the delivery of exceptional digital content - you'll ensure we're offering a best-in-class content experience across our app, keeping content engaging, relevant and well-presented
- Handle content coordination - you will eagerly coordinate schedules and content plans to optimise discovery and user engagement across the platform
- Collaborate with our Data and Insights team - you'll partner with our data experts to actively ensure that content experiences, programming and formats are data-driven and aligned with user preferences and behaviours
- Unite with our Marketing teams - you'll team-up with colleagues to play an important in role in planning out key periods for content and campaign activation

Use audience and engagement metrics - you'll learn from key insights to proactively identify and recommend improvements and adjustments to the programming proposition
- Facilitate B2B activation - you will diligently coordinate content, placement and location to maximise commercial opportunities and engagement
What we are looking for
- Background in content planning - you come with experience in content planning, coordination programming or merchandising within a digital platform or publisher
- Proficiency with key systems and tools - you're well versed in using a variety of content management systems and project management tools
- User-first mindset - you've previously had exposure to developing personalised content experiences for diverse user segments
- Effective project management skills - you're equipped with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
- Organised and flexible approach - you possess excellent planning skills and are able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to plot and execute plans
- Track record of using data to make decisions - you're comfortable utilising data and insights to inform content programming and decision-making
- Exceptional collaborator - you proudly work effectively with other departments and support team goals
