Retail Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Executive to play a key role in the planning and delivery our club’s retail-focused marketing activations.
The Role
We are looking for a driven Retail Marketing Executive to manage the planning and coordination of our retail campaigns and activations. You will support the Brand Marketing team on key product launches, stadium tour promotions, and joint brand initiatives with our club’s commercial partners.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, ensuring all activations are planned, coordinated, and executed effectively. You will work closely with the wider Commercial team, contributing to the concept development and implementation of brand strategies for Arsenal’s local and global supporter base.

Your day-to-day
- Own the retail marketing calendar - you will ensure all campaigns and initiatives are scheduled with clear timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Support end-to-end campaign delivery - you’ll support campaign delivery from initial brief to post-campaign analysis, partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies
- Participate in planning sessions - you’ll assist in creating detailed project plans and briefing documents, coordinating workflows to support cross-functional teams
- Maintain project management systems - you will utilise project management tools to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient capacity planning across creative teams
- Provide operational support - you’ll keep team members aligned and briefed on concurrent projects, balancing workloads effectively
- Foster cross-functional collaboration - you will promote seamless coordination between Retail, Commercial, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and key milestones
- Coordinate pre-production activities - you will organise photoshoots, sample preparation, asset management, and content planning across customer touch points
What we are looking for
- Retail marketing experience - you hold a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns in a consumer-led environment, agency or in-house
- Industry knowledge - you maintain a dedicated interest in consumer marketing, staying up to date with trends, insights, and industry developments
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you’re confident in your ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Creative mindset - you possess a creative mindset, identifying innovative marketing opportunities and contributing outside-the-box solutions
- Outstanding communication skills - you’re self-assured in your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrating a high level of written and verbal communication across multiple channels
- Driven and results-oriented approach - you’re eager to contribute to the commercial growth of our club, demonstrating a relentless drive to deliver successful retail campaigns
