Commercial Marketing Manager (Acquisition)

The Role
We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager (Acquisition) to be responsible for the creation and delivery of annual marketing plans to drive revenue growth across multiple experience-based products with a focus on acquisition. This is a fast-paced dynamic position responsible for multiple revenue streams including hospitality, ticket sales, stadium tours, meetings and events and pay per view.
This exciting role involves planning and executing 360 campaigns across owned, paid and earned media to hit ambitious targets and drive growth. You'll collaborate with the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager and will work closely alongside the
Retention Marketing Manager to integrate plans. Within this position, you'll also be entrusted with the line management of a dedicated team member.

Your day-to-day
- Produce and deliver integrated acquisition focused marketing plans - you'll be empowered to create and execute compelling campaigns to drive growth and acquire new customers across match-by-match hospitality, Arsenal Women and stadium tours
- Act as a key marketing contact - you will proudly be the day-to-day marketing contact for relevant stakeholders across hospitality, tickets, stadium tours and pay per view and ensure stakeholder buy-in on marketing plans and tactics
- Amplify our pre-season tours - you will oversee commercial marketing elements of pre-season tours such as ticket sales in other markets and pay per view
- Drive attendance for wider events programme - you'll be tasked with boosting attendance for out of season games, Academy games, concerts and events at The Emirates Stadium
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders - you'll partner with our Senior Commercial Marketing Manager and input into wider marketing strategies and produce innovative, detailed and strategic annual marketing plans and lead on upfront alignment across departments and stakeholders
- Unite with wider colleagues across our club - you'll form impactful relationships with peers in our Brand, Creative, Comms and Paid Media teams; leveraging and optimising owned and operated platforms, briefing and producing world-class creative assets, creating effective and innovative paid media plans and driving earned output including influencer marketing
- Develop a thorough knowledge of supporter segments - you will eagerly build a comprehensive understanding of our supporter segments to create targeted campaigns, sharing your expertise and championing segmentation across our club
- Cross-promote commercial experiences - you'll work closely with our Content and Retail teams to maximise engagement and revenue while guiding supporters through the marketing funnel and our club ecosystem
- Inspire and mentor a direct report - you'll be entrusted to coach and manage a direct report and to mentor other team members, setting clear objectives and providing support to set our people up for success
What we are looking for
- Background in acquisition based commercial marketing - you've got experience in creating and managing engaging campaigns to acquire new customers with proven results
- Track record of increasing footfall - you come with a history of producing marketing strategies that have driven footfall at large scale events
- Performance marketing and paid media experience - you've got experience with paid media planning and you've worked across a variety of channels including email, social and paid to deliver consistent revenue growth and engagement
- Project management mindset - you're well versed in diligently managing a variety of projects concurrently, keeping to scope, timelines and budgets and taking stakeholders on the journey with you
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - you're proud of your ability to work successfully with external agency partners and internal creative teams
- Best-in-class communicator - you possess the ability to establish and maintain impactful relationships with a wide range of colleagues and you have a collaborative mindset and solid team ethic
