Ticketing Systems Executive
An excellent opportunity to support our Ticketing team with the high volume processing and fulfilment of tickets for both Women’s and Men's First Team matches.
The Role
We are looking for a Ticketing and Systems Executive to provide vital support in delivering all aspects of ticketing including system configurations for matches and events.
In this critical role within our club, you'll take responsibility for a broad range of key duties including management of the ticketing inventory and the functionality within the ticketing platforms for both our Women’s and Men's First Team fixtures.
Please note: this role is required to work on match days and events to assist in varied duties. Notice will be provided in the form of a matchday rota

Your day-to-day
- Manage a high-volume ticketing operation - you'll expertly manage the ticket sales process for home and away fixtures, including determination of sale dates and sales approach as well as system set-up
- Assist our supporters - you will be responsible for updating the ticketing content on our club channels for ticketing related events and processes
- Collaborate with our fellow clubs - you'll communicate with opposition clubs to confirm home and away ticketing allocations and effectively manage the production of visiting team tickets
- Oversee internal ticketing - you will be actively responsible for ticketing for our colleagues and our Women's and Men's First Team squads
- Ensure service level agreements are met - you'll produce reports and schedule workflows to ensure we're providing an exceptional service to all
- Monitor all transactions - you will balance transactions processed on a daily basis and work closely with our Finance team to provide accurate reports
- Own the ticketing finance option - you'll be responsible for the reconciliation and analysis while escalating any application queries
- Support the annual season ticket renewal process - you will be a key player in our season ticket renewal process and handle applications and the seasonal relocation process of the family enclosure
What we are looking for
- Proven background in ticketing - you come with experience of working in a high-volume ticketing environment, with system build experience

Demonstrable experience within sports or entertainment - you've worked in either the sports or entertainment industries and are well versed in their ticketing nuances
