Product Development Executive (Fixed Term)

The Role
We are looking for a Product Development Executive on a fixed term basis to assist our Product Managers on a wide range of exciting projects. This role will liaise directly with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital products are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our club’s commercial growth.
In this role, you’ll be entrusted to document and test new features, defects and upgrades to ensure they meet the highest quality and you’ll relish the opportunity to use your creativity and flair to promote the future strategy of our club’s digital products.

Your day-to-day
- Manage product development strategies - you'll support product development and execution, ensuring products align with business goals and help meet key performance targets
- Oversee product life cycles - you will assist in the management of the entire product development life cycle, from idea generation to product launch
- Collaborate with our wider teams - you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritise features, and create product roadmaps
- Monitor design development - you will oversee the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Own our development and testing - you’ll manage the development and testing of digital products, ensuring that they meet supporter requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain a proactive mindset - you will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital product development
What we are looking for
- Proven background in product development - you come with experience of working in a product development, specifically in a digital media or events focused environment
- Excellent communicator - you’ve got exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are a confident communicator, with the ability to translate technical requirements in a comprehensive way to those with limited technical experience
- Project management expertise - you possess experience in delivering projects under tight deadlines and to budget, using agile methodology to lead teams through a project and you’re able to clearly articulate these requirements against project vision and customer journeys
- Courageous team player - you enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
- Technical expertise - you’re well versed in using or developing ticketing platforms
- A natural resolver - you are skilled in identifying risks and analysing mitigation options and excel in identifying grey-areas and finding innovative solutions
- Attention to detail - you are familiar with documenting complex processes with the ability to define, prioritise and document requirements throughout
