Buyers Admin Assistant
A fantastic opportunity to be responsible for all product administration that enables the buying and merchandising of all products as part of our Retail team.
The Role
We are looking for a Buyers Admin Assistant to support our Retail department in this multi-faceted role.
You’ll ensure that all product creation and supplier management processes run seamlessly, supporting our retail growth.

Your day-to-day
- Champion administration - you will proudly lead on our planning systems to support a range of stock planning tasks, including product set up and financial administration
- Coordinate sample supplies - you’ll attentively liaise with our suppliers, supporting all angles of administration including sample deliveries, rooms and photoshoots
- Oversee stock requests - you will efficiently manage all internal stock requests by monitoring our inbox and liaising with warehouse and internal contacts
- Sustain supplier management - you’ll diligently drive the booking and scheduling of supplier meetings and assist with supplier packs as desired by our buying team
- Support the Store Management team - you will enthusiastically assist our Store team with product and stock queries as well as supporting stock take planning
- Collaborate with colleagues across our club - you’ll actively liaise with other teams when required for any cross-departmental projects as well as analysing competitor pricing for the buying and merchandising team
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a similar retail environment - you have substantial administration experience in a retail department or similar area
- Dedicated team player - you possess a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate, communicate and delegate to our internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail - you are an analytical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to efficiently problem solve and multi-task
- Strong project management skills - you are a natural problem solver with the ability to see things through to completion in a fast learning, challenging environment
- Technical administration knowledge - you're a confident user of Excel and Powerpoint
