Senior Digital Trade Analyst
You'll make sure we truly understand our supporters and we use this insight to consistently serve them in the most appropriate way, depending on their needs
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Trade Analyst to harness the digital data we collect, and to develop tangible insights that help identify opportunities to grow both engagement and revenue for the Club.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analysing daily, weekly, and monthly engagement across our core digital channels identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to maximise revenue.

Your day-to-day
- Digital trading – you'll oversee daily execution and performance of our websites and app, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with commercial goals
- Team collaboration – you will work closely with the wider team to maximise digital engagement and unlock commercial opportunities
- Channel analysis – you'll monitor engagement across digital channels, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive revenue and profit
- Performance reporting – you will create and manage regular reporting suites to provide commercial teams with accurate, actionable performance data
- UX insights – you'll analyse key user experience trends to ensure a smooth and intuitive supporter journey across all digital platforms
- Supporter journey – you will track and evaluate supporter interactions across digital touchpoints, identifying efficiencies and areas for improvement
- Attribution strategy – you'll oversee arsenal’s digital attribution model to ensure traffic and revenue sources are assessed from a full-funnel perspective
- Analytics leadership – you will act as the commercial team’s subject matter expert for digital analytics, owning reporting tools and driving a data-led approach
What we are looking for
- Digital analytics experience – you will bring proven experience in digital analytics and insights, applying data to drive strategic decisions and optimise performance
- Stakeholder management – you'll communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing outcomes and building strong relationships
- Data storytelling – you will translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform and inspire action
- Critical thinking – you'll apply strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to deliver optimal outcomes across digital initiatives
- Continuous improvement – you will challenge existing practices and seek out opportunities to refine processes and enhance performance
- Insight-driven mindset – you'll champion a passion for insights and promote data-led decision making across teams
- Google Analytics 4 expertise – you will operate as an expert-level user of GA4, leveraging its capabilities to uncover meaningful trends and behaviours
