Tour and Museum Operations Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Your day-to-day
- Own commercial performance - you will lead revenue, profit, and cost management across Stadium Tours and Museum, delivering against key financial targets
- Champion supporter experience - you will take pride in the delivery of best-in-class experiences across all tour offerings, and you'll maintain high standards and exceptional performance across TripAdvisor, Google, and VisitEngland
- Lead and inspire - you will manage a core team and wider casual workforce, fostering a high-performance culture and strong team engagement
- Create unforgettable moments - you will design and deliver exciting new offerings that inspire guests to visit Emirates Stadium throughout the year
- Manage financial operations - you will oversee budgets, P&L, and internal systems to deliver cost efficiencies and financial targets
- Uphold safety and compliance - you will prioritise the safety of visitors and colleagues by ensuring all experiences meet health, safety, and regulatory standards
What we are looking for
- Industry expert - you'll have a deep understanding of the tourism (and/or leisure) industry industry and know how to apply your experience to a fast paced, high turnover environment
- Operational background - you will have a track record in managing day-to-day operations and be able to develop and deliver amazing product experiences
- Inspiring leader - you will have excellent line management experience and relish the opportunity to grow and develop sizeable operational teams
- Confident decision maker - you act decisively to make decisions that matter, even under pressure, and support others in doing the same
