Senior Paid Media & SEO Executive
You'll take ownership of campaign strategy, deliver optimisations, mentor junior colleagues, and lead SEO initiatives that strengthen our visibility across search engines.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Media & SEO Executive to deliver world-class paid media campaigns and execute our search engine optimisation strategy. Working across key business areas, this role will ensure our digital presence is optimised to attract, engage, and convert supporters globally.

Your day-to-day
- Lead paid media campaigns – you will lead the delivery, analysis and optimisation of global paid media campaigns with a specialised focus on Google Ads
- Channel ownership – you will take full ownership of Paid Search, Shopping, Display and App campaigns delivering efficiency gains and improving return on ad spend
- Campaign performance – you'll manage campaign structures, audience targeting and ad creation to maximise performance and ROI
- Cross-platform collaboration – you'll contribute to paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok when required
- Creative input – you will create engaging ad copy and assets that reflect our supporter-first approach
- Agile marketing activation – you'll monitor and respond to key footballing moments such as matchdays and transfer windows with timely and agile campaign execution
- SEO strategy – you will own and execute the club’s SEO strategy across on-page, off-page and technical SEO including AI-optimised content
- Organic performance analysis – you'll monitor and report on organic search performance delivering actionable insights to drive growth
What we are looking for
- Industry expertise – you bring hands-on experience in paid media and SEO, driving impactful campaigns and organic growth across competitive digital landscapes
- Performance delivery – you have a strong track record of delivering measurable ROI across multiple ad platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Bing
- Organic growth success – you elevate visibility and engagement through proven success in boosting organic rankings, driving traffic and increasing conversions
- Team & agency management – you build strong agency partnerships and empower junior team members through mentorship and collaborative leadership
- Platform expertise – you have advanced knowledge of Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta Ads Manager and SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Technical SEO & analytics – you have a strong understanding of technical SEO, analytics and digital best practices
- Data-driven insight – you transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and accelerate performance
- Attention to detail – you’re exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
